NMSU Thanks GFWC Progress Club

The College of Health & Social Services and the School of Nursing is humbled by the GFWC Progress Club’s continued support of the Betty Arndt Scholarship benefitting our Aggie nurses. Established in 2006 and endowed in 2015, this scholarship invests in NMSU undergraduate nursing students with a minimum 3.0 GPA.

GFWC Representatives Susan Smith (left) and Mary Underwood (second from left) delivered their generous donation to Dr. Alexa Doig (second from right), director of the School of Nursing, and Sarah Babins (right), development director on Thursday, May 23. We are so appreciative to the Progress Club and our many supporters. Together, we are helping our students to afford a college education and focus more on their studies. Thank you!
