Last chance to apply for mini-grant!

Last chance to apply for mini-grant

NMSU is offering mini-grants for faculty who participate in the Writing-to-Learn program. In this program, faculty will learn to incorporate informal writing as a tool to enhance undergraduate student knowledge about and understanding of course content. Up to six mini-grants will be awarded in the amount of $3,000 each.

Applications will be accepted from full- and part-time faculty teaching undergraduate courses at the NMSU-Las Cruces and/or Grants campuses. Mini-grants are part the Las Cruces & Grants campus’ Quality Initiative project for re-affirmation of accreditation with the Higher Learning Commission, and therefore only faculty from the Las Cruces and Grants campuses are eligible to receive these grants.

Deadline to apply is Monday, June 13. Application and detailed information are available at https://assessment.nmsu.edu/quality-initiatives/writing-to-learn-mini-grants/.
